Registration – Football Boot Camp

Are you fit enough to play the game at a high level? Many players aren’t, because most focus on the technical component of the game without realizing that every technical skill is limited by one or more of the fitness components. These components include speed, power, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, mobility, balance among a few others.

The Technique Lab Football Fitness Boot Camp is entirely about fitness. It’s a 3-week intense program designed to develop the fitness components based on the Sports Science and our years of experience in making great players and athletes. The camp is hosted at our location at 7 Tangerine Place, Kingston 10.
